Returns and Exchanges |
| All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and all items must be new and unused. If you are exchanging an item or items, please do not place an order on our site for the replacement items. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the replacement. Any items received that are to be refunded are subject to the restocking fee, even if you place another order before we received your original items. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items. To avoid the 10% restocking fee, you may choose to keep your money as credit to the store, rather than having that money refunded to you. Please read all the information below so you are fully aware of our return and exchange policies. |
How To Return or Exchange an Item |
Please take the following steps when looking to return or exchange an item.
- E-mail us at DiscountHockey@att.net with the subject "Requesting a Return Authorization Number" and please provide your first and last name and order number. If you are exchanging an item, please state which item you would like in exchange.
- Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, please write it clearly on the order confirmation receipt that came with your original order and place it in the box you will be returning. Your Return Authorization Number should also be written clearly on the box that you are shipping back to us.

- You must track your box once you have shipped it. Please understand that you are responsible for tracking the package and calling us as soon as you see that we have received the package. This will ensure the quickest turnaround time.

Non-Returnable Items |
| Please note that some items on DiscountHockey.com are non-returnable. These items are clearly stated on their product page with an imagine that reads, "Special Order, Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable". All items are returnable if the do not specify otherwise on their product page. Jocks and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for any reason. Do not sharpen skates until you are sure they fit correctly. Skates that have been sharpened are not returnable or exchangeable. |
Return Authorization Number |
| We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please e-mail us at DiscountHockey@att.net to receive your Return Authorization Number. |
Exchanges |
| We understand that it may be hard to determine correct sizes when buying products online. We will gladly accept exchanges on any product purchased from our site. Customers must pay shipping both directions and are subject to a flat fee of $14.99 for shipping on exchanges. If you are exchanging an item or items, please do not place an order on our site for the replacement items. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the replacement. Any items received that are to be refunded are subject to the restocking fee, even if you place another order before we received your original items. Customers will receive one exchange per order. The new, exchanged item is then non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. When you ship your item to be exchanged, please place a note informing us as to which item you would like in exchange in the box along with your order confirmation. |
Refunds |
| All straight returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders that received free shipping will be charged the 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, which is $14.99. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. To avoid the 10% restocking fee, you may choose to keep your money as credit to the store, rather than having that money refunded to you. |
Special Orders |
| Special orders, team orders, and other special accomodations are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. |
