All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of original purchase date and all items must be new and unused.
Please Note: Some items on discounthockey.com are non-returnable. These items clearly say so on their product page with an image that reads "Special Order, Non-Returnable, Non-exchangeable". All items are returnable if they do not specify otherwise on their product page.
Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Skates that have been sharpened are not returnable or exchangeable.
Return Authorization Number:
We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please submit this form to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Exchanges:
We understand that when buying products online it can be hard to determine the correct size. We will gladly accept exchanges on any product purchased from our site. Please submit this form for a Return Authorization number. Customers must pay shipping both directions and are subject to a flat fee of $12.99 plus $4.95 handling for shipping on exchanges. Orders that recieved free shipping will be charged a $4.95 handling charge plus $12.99 for shipping. If you are exchanging an item(s) please do not place an order on our site for the replacement item(s). Once we receive the original item we will ship out the replacement. Any item(s) received that are to be refunded are subject to the restocking fee even if you place another order before we received your original item(s).
CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER. The new exchanged item is then non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangable.
Refunds:
All straight returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that received free will be charged the 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, which is $12.99.
Special orders, team orders or other special accommodations are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.
Jocks and Undergarments are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

Please include the following when shipping a return or exchange to us:
1) Original Packing Slip with Sales Order number ( if not received please contact us at 818-735-0699 or email discounthockey@att.net )
2) Your Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box and original packing slip.
