Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Skates that have been sharpened are not returnable or exchangeable.
Return Authorization Number:
We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please CLICK HERE and submit this form in order to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Exchanges:
We understand that when buying products online it can be hard to determine the correct size. We will gladly accept exchanges on any product purchased from our site. Please contact us at 818-735-0699 for return/exchange information. Customers must pay shipping both direction and are subject to a flat fee of $12.99 plus $4.95 handling for shipping on exhanges. Orders that recieved free shipping will be charged a $4.95 handling charge plus $12.99 for shipping.
CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER. The new exchanged item is then non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds:
All straight returns placed after 5-8-08 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that received free shipping will be charged the 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, which is $12.99.
Special orders, team orders or other special accommodations are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.
Jocks and Undergarments are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
