Orders are processed Monday through Friday. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. All APO & FPO orders must be shipped USPS. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the e-mail address that you have given to us. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order.

FREE SHIPPING:
Applies to orders $170 and over within the 48 Continental USA states. Customer will still be charged any oversized shipping charges and the $4.95 handling charge. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska,Canada and APO/FPO orders.

All Sticks will be shipped via UPS and an oversized shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged.

PO Boxes
If you absolutely must have your order shipped to a PO Box please call us before placing your order.

Hawaii and Alaska orders:
Please pick UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day. Orders shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day will incur an additional $30 charge on top of the basic shipping rate chart.

PO/FPO Orders:
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Orders (Canada ONLY):
The only country we accept international orders from is Canada. Canada shipments go UPS at standard rate of $25 plus $4.95 handling charge.

Duty, Taxes and Customs:
Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

Oversized Items:
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks(cases) cost extra. Applicable charges are noted on the product page.

Handling Charge:
A handling charge ($4.95) will be applied to each order.

Please Note: Some items on discounthockey.com are non-returnable. These items clearly say so on their product page in red writing. All items are returnable if they do not specify otherwise on their product page.

Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Skates that have been sharpened are not returnable or exchangeable.

Return Authorization Number:
We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call 1-800-650-4834 to receive your Return Authorization Number.

Exchanges:
We understand that when buying products online it can be hard to determine the correct size. We will gladly accept exchanges on any product purchased from our site. Please contact us at 1-800-650-4834 for return/exchange information. Customers must pay shipping both direction and are subject to a flat fee of $11.99 plus $4.95 handling for shipping on exhanges. Orders that recieved free shipping for ordering over $169.99 will be charged a $4.95 handling charge plus $11.99 for shipping.

Refunds:
All straight returns placed after 5-8-08 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that received free shipping for ordering over $169.99 will be charged the 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping, which is $11.99.

For example, if a customer purchases $180.00 worth of merchandise, they will receive free shipping because their total purchase exceeded $169.99. If they send back $50.00 worth of merchandise, and request a refund, their total purchase will now be lower than $170.00. Thus, not only will they will be charged the 20% restocking fee, they will also be charged $11.99 for the shipping they originally were able to avoid.

Special orders, team orders or other special accommodations are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.

Jocks and Undergarments are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.

All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

Return Shipping:

Please include the following when shipping a return or exchange to us:

1) Original Packing Slip with Sales Order number ( if not received please contact us at 1-800-650-4834 or email discounthockey@sbcglobal.net )

2) Your Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box and original packing slip.
